But finding a way to adapt to these new conditions is important to maintaining our health. We still have control over what we do each day to move our bodies!

Tabata Training

Tabata Training falls under the category of high intensity interval training. (HIIT) Tabata is a great method of training for those who are in need of a time efficient workout, those who want to switch up their routine and also for those wanting to improve their speed and endurance.

Tabata is 20 seconds of work with a 10 second recovery to follow for 8 rounds, equaling 4 minutes per exercise. An example of a Tabata workout follows below:

  1. Push-ups (4 minutes)
  2. Bodyweight Squats (4 minutes)
  3. Burpees (4 minutes)
  4. Mountain Climbers (4 minutes)

Start with push-ups. Perform them for 20 seconds at a high intensity. Rest for 10 seconds, and then go back to doing push-ups for 20 seconds. Once you complete eight sets of push-ups, rest for one minute.

Next, move on to squats and repeat the sequence of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. Once you finish eight sets of squats, rest for one minute, and then do burpees. After burpees, finish the workout with mountain climbers.

Quick, intense, and effective 20 minutes!

Fitness Packages are available to suit your individual fitness goals and needs.

To get the optimal results the longer you workout the more results you get. It has been my experience that if you workout on a consistent basis for a minimum of six months you will see the most results. As a result you have developed positive exercise skills and seen results that will lead to a lifestyle change.

ONLINE PROGRAMMING

A great option for the experienced exerciser or if you are self-motivated to doing some workouts on your own.

Online programming focuses on keeping your workouts fresh and productive while addressing any workout obstacles that may come up during the week.

About Me

Kelly began her athletic background at a young age simply by trying to keep up with the boys in the neighborhood. She played Middle River girls’ softball for the “Purple team” and was nicknamed “Rabbit” as a reflection of her quick speeds. With her competitive spirit she then went on to be the only girl on the all-boys baseball league in Baltimore, MD playing center field. From centerfield to cornerback, Kelly went on to play women’s pro-football for the Baltimore Burn.

After working with a trainer, herself, Kelly left a career in network administration to pursue her true passion of changing lives in the health and fitness industry.

Kelly aims to bring out the absolute best version in her clients and members. She leads with her spirit and passion in every session to create a fun, safe and effective workout.
