To get the optimal results the longer you workout the more results you get. It has been my experience that if you workout on a consistent basis for a minimum of six months you will see the most results. As a result you have developed positive exercise skills and seen results that will lead to a lifestyle change.

Online programming focuses on keeping your workouts fresh and productive while addressing any workout obstacles that may come up during the week.
Kelly began her athletic background at a young age simply by trying to keep up with the boys in the neighborhood. She played Middle River girls’ softball for the “Purple team” and was nicknamed “Rabbit” as a reflection of her quick speeds. With her competitive spirit she then went on to be the only girl on the all-boys baseball league in Baltimore, MD playing center field. From centerfield to cornerback, Kelly went on to play women’s pro-football for the Baltimore Burn.
After working with a trainer, herself, Kelly left a career in network administration to pursue her true passion of changing lives in the health and fitness industry.
Kelly aims to bring out the absolute best version in her clients and members. She leads with her spirit and passion in every session to create a fun, safe and effective workout.
